Couch to 10K: How Running Changed My Mind and My Life

A few years ago, I found myself in a space where I was not taking care of my body. I had been a professional ballet dancer, so was in really good shape for most of my life, but when I quit I failed to fill the hole with something equally physically grueling and I lost my way. I took up running several years later and was astounded at the transformation I experience not only in my body, but also in my mind. What was awesome was that I was able to apply to what I learned from running to so many other facets of life.
