On the Other Side of Fear

If you are a regular visitor to the internet, you have probably seen this video of Will Smith talking bout his experience skydiving and how all of the good stuff in life lives on the other side of fear. If you haven't seen it, I encourage you to take 3:28 minutes out of your busy day to view. The message is important.
If you are a human, you are no stranger to fear ( I myself used to suffer paralyzing anxiety). Many will tell you that all people experience fear, the trick is to figure out how to burst through fear to get to the good stuff on the other side.

It seems that it doesn't much matter how you face your fears, but more so that you take action to do so.
