On the Other Side of Fear

Childbirth is terrifying, but most of us make it through it with a beautiful babe who we love. And, importantly, would go back and do it again.
Once you are pregnant, you don't really have a choice as to whether or not you will face childbirth, but it highlights the benefits of facing your fears nonetheless.
If you are a regular visitor to the internet, you have probably seen this video of Will Smith talking bout his experience skydiving and how all of the good stuff in life lives on the other side of fear. If you haven't seen it, I encourage you to take 3:28 minutes out of your busy day to view. The message is important.
Many will tell you that all people experience fear, the trick is to figure out how to burst through fear to get to the good stuff on the other side.
