This Pose Will Instantly Lift Your Mood
Are you feeling down, stressed, angry, overwhelmed, depressed? Throw your arms up above your head and reach your finger tips to the sky. Seriously, try it.
It is almost impossible to feel sad or mad in this position (according to my own experience and that of the 10s of people who I have convinced to strike a pose when they were feeling down). I don't recall where I learned this simple maneuver (probably in a NYC yoga class), but I swear it works.
