Let Go Of Everything That Is Not Love - A Simple Meditation For Stress Relief

I originally spotted these word on Instagram via @youareluminous and @kellyrutherford and they have become somewhat of a personal mantra for me.

LET GO OF EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT LOVE ♡

Here is a simple meditation for letting go of everything that is not love.

  1. Find a comfortable place to sit. Close your eyes (keep your eyes open a slit if you need to watch your babies).

  2. Pay attention to any tension you feel in your body and any chaotic thoughts.

  3. Begin to take big inhales and big exhales.

  4. As you exhale begin to imagine letting go of anything in your body or mind that is not love.

  5. Continue until you feel calm.
